The business was subsequently sold to Equinix for over $3bn. Prior to joining Paysafe, McArthur-Muscroft was Group Finance Director at Telecity Group plc where he led the IPO of the business in 2007. In 2017 Paysafe was then acquired by CVC and Blackstone for $4.8 billion. and led the business to a FTSE 250 listing on the London Stock Exchange Main Market in December 2016.
